there's no pasta dish more iconic than
spaghetti and meatballs so changing it
up comes with some risk never fear we
make the dish into party ready
individual muffin bites that will have
your family booing and eyeing with
delight let's add six ounces of
spaghetti to a large pot of boiling
salted water cook the pasta until al
dente about seven minutes then drain and
toss with one and a half tablespoons of
olive oil this will keep the pasta from
sticking together let the pasta cool
down about 15 minutes in the
refrigerator and then toss with one cup
of grated Parmesan cheese
now preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit and generously grease a
12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray
evenly divide the cheesy pasta among 12
prepared muffin cups creating spaghetti
nests add a tablespoon of your favorite
pasta sauce and then nestle in one
cooked meatball about one ounce in
weight now add another tablespoon of
pasta sauce and sprinkle with more
grated Parmesan cheese about 1/2 cup
total for all 12 muffin cups pop these
into the preheated oven until the pasta
meatballs are heated through and the
cheese is melted 20 to 25 minutes we'll
let these cool a bit to allow them to
set up before gently removing them onto
a serving platter
