Assalam u Alaikum .Welcome to Student cooking.
Today we are making DESISTYLE CHICKEN VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI RECIPE.
Notedown the ingredients of chicken vegetable spaghetti .
SPAGHETTI (BAKE PARLOR) = 1 PACKET
I have taken 1 packet of spaghetti. Put the spaghetti into plenty of boiling water, mix well , and boil the spaghetti with 1 tsp salt ,for about 7 - 8 minutes ,then turn off the flame ,then discard the water and rinse the spaghetti with cool water ,mix 1 tbsp oil into the spaghetti.
.CHICKEN BOUNLESS = 250 GMS (CUT INTO STRIPS) .CABBAGE (BUND GOBHI ) = 1 CUP (CUT INTO JULIENNE ).GREEN ONION = 5 - 6 (CUT INTO JULIENNE SEPARATELY )
.CAPSICUM (SHIMLA MIRCH ) = 3 MEDIUM (REMOVE SEEDS , JULIENNE CUT ).CARROT = 4 - 5 (JULIENNE CUT )
.TOMATOES = (TAKE 4 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATOES,MAKE THE PASTE OF TOMATOES ).
.CHILLI SAUCE = 2 TBSP.SOY SAUCE = 2 TBSP.WHITE VINGER = 2 TBSP
.GARLIC CLOVES 7-8 OR 1 TBSP ( FINE CHOP )
.CHICKEN POWDER = 1 TBSP .BLACK PEPPER POWDER = 1 TSP.CRUSHED RED CHILLI = 1/2 TSP.RED CHILLI POWDER = 1/2 TSP .TURMERIC POWDER = 1/2 TSP .SALT = 1/2 TSP .OIL = 1/4 CUP
Lets start are cooking with BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM .
In wok , add 1/4 cup of oil ,when oil slightly heat up ,add finely chop garlic into it , frying 2 second the garlic until change its colour light golden .
Now add chicken fry the chicken until change it colour.
Now add spices into it ,chicken powder , black pepper powder , crushed red chilli , red chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt .
Mix well .and frying with spices for about 1 - 2 minutes.
Now add tomato paste
Mix well , cover and cook for about 7 - 8 minutes on medium low flame until chicken cook nicely and tomato water dry.
Now check it.
Frying the chicken with spices more 2 minutes.
Now add chilli sauce , soy sauce , white vinegar mix well.
Add vegetable mix well and stir fry for about 1 -2 minutes on high flame.
Now add boil spaghetti into it mix well.
Now chicken vegetable spaghetti is ready ,turn off the flame and transfer into serving dish ,garnish with green onion leaves .
